Prior to founding Valli, Dharsan gained valuable experience in a boutique law firm specializing in civil litigation. His practice involved a wide range of civil matters, including general civil litigation, and commercial litigation, and mortgage enforcement. In addition to civil litigation, Dharsan also worked on a variety of solicitor matters, including corporate and real estate law.

In addition to his experience at a boutique law firm, Dharsan currently serves as general counsel and privacy officer for a not-for-profit in Toronto, advising on a range of legal issues, including corporate governance, contracts, employment, regulatory compliance, and government & public policy.

At Valli, Dharsan leverages his diverse legal experience to provide clients with guidance and support in a range of legal matters, but primary practices in real estate matters.

Dharsan holds a Masters in Law (LLM.2019) in Intellectual Property and Data Protection Law.
